Freedom Holidays was celebrating its 25th year in business in 2019 is a travel agent which was involved in B2B & B2C business . Freedom holidays has missed the paradigm shift in the travel business by not investing in digital communications and lead generation strategy.
Freedom Holidays engaged Amplify on a retainer to change the process thorugh which business was genarated both though B2B & B2C channels leveraging the Digital channels . The fulcrum of this strategy was Lead generation through the Website supported by Social Media channels and Direct marketing through Email & WhatsApp.
Freedom Holidays has two distinct business channels B2B inbound & B2C Inbound & Outbound i.e. Foreign & Domestic Tours for individual customers in Goa.
The inbound business which was rechristened as Destination management for Goa, was boosted with Google Ads, direct marketing by Email newsletter & WhatsApp to Agents.
The SEO and organic traffic was increased many fold by using keywords from our research to create blogs based on events & festivals based on a event calendar of Goa created by Amplify. The same event calendar was also shared with agents to create a pipeline for Goa inbound tour packages .
Social media properties on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Linked were created for Freedom holidays. Curated content focused around Destination Management ( Inbound Packages), Domestic & International tours in picture and multimedia formats were regularly shared.
Event Calendar based inbound ( Goa Stay & Tour packages)and holiday season based outbound( Foreign & Domestic Tour Packages) advertisements with lead generation formats were created to create a multiple sales funnels handled by the respective departments in Freedom Holidays. Campaigns for weddings & Corporate events like MICE were also undertaken as it is one major part of agencies turnover in Goa.
